Je\u017e jsou ale daleko sn\u00e1ze splniteln\u00e9 ne\u017e to, co od \u017eadatel\u016f o p\u016fj\u010dky po\u017eaduj\u00ed banky. U nebankovn\u00edch hypot\u00e9k sta\u010d\u00ed vlastn\u011b jenom m\u00edt nemovitost, je\u017e by mohla b\u00fdt poskytnuta coby z\u00e1stava, j\u00ed\u017e by se zaru\u010dilo vr\u00e1cen\u00ed p\u016fj\u010den\u00fdch pen\u011bz.
